Client Services Specialist, XPRN Shanghai

Job Responsibilities: 

1. Assist Client Service Supervisor in fulfilling the daily activities that include responding to client queries

about our services on the phone or via email, preparing clipping and other service reports for clients, managing

client database and account receivables.

2. Work closely with our sales, editorial, media relations teams to understand client needs and maintain a close

contact with all clients through phone calls, emails and in-person meetings, collect feedbacks from clients, work

with team members to solve service issues and improve our services.

3. Work with outside service vendors such as clipping houses, translation companies at the request of clients.

 

Qualifications:

1. College degree or above;

2. Very good command of the English language;

3. Dedicated to work, detail-oriented, and strong inter-personal communications and coordination skills.

Director of Internal Audit – Shanghai/Hong Kong

Job Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and audit committee, you will be responsible for the set-up and management of a global audit team.
  • You will map out the audit framework, in particular focusing on the planning and implementation of Sarbanes Oxley internal controls and oversee financial, operational and risk based audits at various locations.
  • You will provide recommendations on improvements to current processes and systems, ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures as well as working closely with the Senior Management on due diligence exercises for potential acquisitions.

 

Job Qualifications:

  • The successful candidate will have 10-15 years of audit and finance experience from Big 4 and multinational organisations.
  • You will have extensive experience in the planning and implementation of Sarbanes Oxley related activities.

Responsibilities for Senior IR Associate include:

• Advise and guide international client base to broaden investor interest.
