Legal Counsel Job Description: - To negotiate, prepare, review and approve contracts, agreements and other legal documents;
- To handle deal transactions (such as M&A) with or without using external advisors.
- To conduct legal research on specific legal issues.
- To act as PRC company secretary to updates or maintain corporate documents with the help from other departments.
Qualification: - Be a qualified lawyer in PRC or a PRC law degree holder with around 3 years' legal working experience in reputable law firm or MNC;
- Have solid knowledge in corporate, M&A, investment in PRC;
- Be able to work independently under minimum supervision;
- Be able to work under pressure;
- Team player;
- Be fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken ability)
Analyst Responsibilities: - Take charge of the measurement and analysis of the financial advice projects, conduct the risk analysis.
- Collect, coordinate and analyze the market and industrial data.
- Participate in the due diligence.
- Analyze the financing feasibility and design the financing structure.
- Make business plans and assist customers to do the feasibility report.
- Participate in the financing training or forums.
Requirements: - 3-5 years experience in investment or financing management area with corporate or financial institution background (experience in private financing and public offering or audit and finance management experience are preferred)
- Strong financial market and industry analysis capability , be able to submit independent analysis report or investment project valuation report
- At least bachelor degree in finance, audit, accounting
- Master at English skills, esp. oral English at least CET-6
- Master at PPT and office software skills
- With leadership and organizing capability and take the lead to complete the project
- Team spirit , open-minded thoughts and learning capability are a must
- Can work under pressure and the challenge
- Strong communication skills with clients or investors
Sales Assistant (based in Shanghai) Responsibility: - Business Development
- Research potential clients and cold calls
- Arrange sales meeting and make presentations
- Listen to client’s needs and provide proposals
- Track clients progress and write sales report
- Consolidate client database
Requirement:
- Two years experience in related field
- Minimum college/university graduate
- Communication skills in English and Chinese writing, speaking, listening and reading
- Presentable image, great interpersonal skills, organized and detailed
